Position Overview
Join H.B. Fuller’s Indirect Goods & Services Sourcing team and gain hands-on experience supporting strategic procurement initiatives in a global organization. This internship provides exposure to sourcing, supplier management, data analysis, and process improvement activities. You will collaborate with procurement professionals while developing practical business and analytical skills.
Primary Responsibilities
• Support sourcing projects and procurement initiatives.
• Assist with RFQs, supplier evaluations, and bid analysis.
• Analyze supplier pricing and spending data.
• Create reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Track supplier performance and contract compliance.
• Respond to sourcing-related inquiries from stakeholders and suppliers.
• Support invoice and payment issue resolution.
• Maintain procurement, supplier, and contract records.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Requirements
• Experience using Power BI.
• Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
