What You'll Do Provides support to end users in a variety of areas. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors problems or issues to ensure a timely resolution. Relies upon instruction and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Work under immediate supervision.
Requirements
• Candidates must be physically located in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas or Oklahoma to qualify. • Candidates must be able to attend new hire orientation in-person on the designated orientation date.
• Degree in IT related field or Trade School. • Current A+ certification or obtain within 120 days. • Comptia A+ or Google IT Support Professional Certification within 120 days of hire. • HP Self Maintainer Certification with 120 days. Freeman Perks and Programs
