Church Artist-in-Residence
Position Summary
The Church Artist-in-Residence uses artistic gifts to enhance worship, inspire spiritual reflection, and support the church's mission through creative expression. This role develops and leads visual arts initiatives, collaborates with ministry leaders, and encourages creativity as a meaningful part of worship and discipleship.

Worship Pastor
Primary Responsibilities
Artistic Leadership
• Integrate artistic expression into worship services, special events, and seasonal celebrations.
Ministry Development
• Develop creative projects, workshops, exhibits, and opportunities for congregational participation.
• Encourage and mentor artists within the church community.
Leadership & Administration
• Coordinate art projects, schedules, supplies, and creative resources.
• Recruit and lead volunteers for artistic initiatives.
Church Collaboration
• Work with pastors, worship leaders, and ministry teams to support the church's vision through the arts.
• Contribute creative ideas for church events, outreach, and communications.
Expectations

• Support the church's mission, vision, and statement of faith.
• Demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and excellence in all artistic endeavors.
• Maintain flexibility to support worship services, church events, and special projects.
We are asking:
• Attend weekly Worship practice.
• Attend and serve at Sunday services.
• Plan and prepare worship sets with worship pastor.
• Mentor and develop worship team members.
• Assist in training and equip worship team members on community worship nights.
