About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Company Nurse (Registered Nurse) to provide healthcare support, ensure workplace health and safety compliance, and promote employee wellness. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering first aid and medical assistance, maintaining occupational health records, supporting regulatory compliance, and contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.
Duties & Responsibilities

Clinical Care and Shift Support
• Provide first aid, emergency stabilization, and approved over-the-counter medications at the company medical station.
• Assess employees who report illnesses or injuries and recommend return-to-work readiness or referral to accredited healthcare providers when necessary.
• Provide health counseling and wellness guidance to employees.
• Respond to workplace medical incidents and assist in coordinating emergency response procedures.
Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Compliance
• Partner with the Safety Officer to implement and monitor the company's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential employee medical records, treatment logs, and incident reports.
• Assist in the preparation of DOLE compliance requirements, including the Annual Medical Report (AMR) and other regulatory submissions.
• Review pre-employment medical examination results and support HR in processing medical documentation related to SSS, PhilHealth, and HMO claims.
Case Management and Collaboration
• Monitor and update employee medical cases to ensure continuity of care across shifts.
• Coordinate with alternate nursing personnel and certified First-Aiders regarding ongoing medical concerns and emergency situations.
• Provide guidance to First-Aiders on health-related concerns and escalation procedures.
• Endorse medical cases and workplace incidents to HR, managers, and safety representatives for proper follow-up.
Workplace Health and Wellness
• Conduct workplace inspections to identify health, safety, ergonomic, and environmental risks.
• Support employee wellness initiatives, vaccination programs, annual physical examinations, and mental health awareness activities.
• Promote health education programs focused on disease prevention, healthy lifestyles, and workplace safety.
Medical Station and Inventory Management
• Monitor and maintain inventory of medicines, medical supplies, and first-aid materials.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of medical supplies in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections of medical equipment to ensure readiness and functionality.
• Track expiration dates and coordinate replenishment or disposal of medical supplies as needed.
• Prepare inventory reports and recommend procurement based on operational requirements.
About You
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) with an active Philippine Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certifications; BOSH training is an advantage.
• At least one (1) year of experience in a clinical, occupational health, corporate, BPO, manufacturing, or related healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, first aid, and emergency response skills.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices, workplace wellness programs, and DOLE compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical record-keeping systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information with professionalism and integrity.
