Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, Connolly is looking for experienced Labourers / Rip Out Operatives to join our Social Housing team.
Working on kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes, you'll be responsible for preparing properties for installation works by carrying out rip-outs safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role
You'll play an important part in delivering refurbishment projects, working across occupied and void properties to prepare homes for planned improvement works.
What You'll Be Doing
• Carrying out kitchen and bathroom rip-outs
• Removing fixtures, fittings, flooring and associated materials
• Loading, removing and disposing of waste materials safely
• Maintaining clean, safe and tidy working areas
• Assisting with material deliveries and collection when required
• Supporting site teams and other trades on site
• Maintaining company vehicles, tools and equipment where applicable
• Working professionally within occupied homes and live environments
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
• Previous labouring, demolition or rip-out experience
• Experience working within Social Housing or occupied properties is desirable
• Good understanding of site Health & Safety requirements
• Full UK Driving Licence
• CSCS Card preferred but not essential
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently or as part of a team
