Estimate Start: Immediately Location: Early Childhood Programs: Current Location: Hudson Primary Academy, 14302 Cobra Way, Hudson, FL 34669 School Related Personnel - SRP 245 Days Per Year Full Time, Benefit Eligible This position is funded through the Early Head Start grant. JOB SUMMARY Responsible for leading children toward the fulfillment of their potential for intellectual, social, emotional, physiological growth, and maturation and for assisting families to receive comprehensive services. EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) from an accredited institution
• OR
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS
• Satisfactory completion of American Red Cross First Aid course, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course, and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) course, or complete within three months of hire
• Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Two years' experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position
