Position: Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach The Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at St. Anne Community High School assists the Head Coach in planning, organizing, and supervising all aspects of the varsity baseball program while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic success. The coach provides instruction in baseball fundamentals, skill development, and game strategy, helps supervise practices and contests, and fosters a positive, respectful, and competitive team culture. The Assistant Coach serves as a positive role model for student-athletes, supports compliance with IHSA, conference, and district policies, and works collaboratively with the Head Coach, athletic department, parents, and school staff to ensure a safe and successful athletic experience. Qualifications:
• Minimum High School Diploma/GED and successful completion of approved IHSA Coaches training program.
