Portuguese Honor Society The Portuguese Honor Society Advisory acts as the adult supervisor for Portuguese and World Language Honor Society activities; fosters the development of responsibility of the leaders and members of the group; and is ultimately responsible for the activities planned by students. Advisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Arrive at least one hour prior to the start of the event 2. Ensure all events have adequate chaperones in accordance with school policies 3. Oversee student check-in/attendance at all events in accordance with school policies 4. Oversee collections/expenditures
