About this role
A vacancy exists within the Norristown Area School District for an Assistant Marching Band Director/Tech Support. This position will assist the Band Director in all elements of running the band and color guard programs both during marching band and the winter indoor guard season. Qualifications:
• Leadership experience with Marching Band and Color Guard at the competitive level.
• Bilingual Preferred
Responsibilities:
• Prepare band members for events including, but not limited to, performances, competitions, sporting events, school and district events, and parades.
• Assist in the following areas: Instruction and Performance, Administration and Logistics, Student Development and Supervision, Leadership, and Communication.
Compensation: 50 points Calendar: Throughout the Year
