About this role
This position is not a route specialist, it is an assigned, regular bus route
• 5.75 Hours per school day Monday-Friday • 187 Work Days • Minimum pay $27.03/hour • Calendar and AM/PM driving schedule will be provided • Must possess or be physically qualified and capable of passing certain training requirements in order to secure a valid commercial driver license to drive a school bus • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with students, staff, parents and community members • Must be able to take care of own bus/van to insure safety and welfare of passengers being transported • Preference given to candidates who can demonstrate an excellent driving record • Must have full support of the Coordinator of Transportation Services and Assistant Superintendent
