Intervention Specialist Fairfield Sports Academy (Hamilton, OH) ACCEL Schools is hiring a highly-qualified Intervention Specialist to support EK-5 students at our new charter school combining academics with competitive sports. What You'll Do:
• Collaborate with teachers to support students with IEPs • Conduct assessments and develop behavior/academic plans • Lead IEP meetings and write goals/objectives • Use research-based, culturally responsive practices • Serve as advisor and communicate regularly with families • Participate in school events and support student growth What You Bring:
• Current Ohio Intervention Specialist license • Experience with inclusion or co-teaching/resource room models • Strong communication & organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook • Comfort with growth-focused coaching and feedback • Ability to pass FBI/BCI background checks • Experience in multicultural settings preferred Why Join Us?
