A school business management qualification such as the level 4 diploma for school business managersExcellent communication skills, with the ability to relate well and communicate with our children, families, staff and partners
Experience of managing budgets, financial reporting and maintaining systems of controls with reports to the Governing Body Experience working at a senior level; including the management of staff, premises, health and safety and HR policies and payroll procedures A ‘can do’ attitude that finds solutions to the challenges of current school budgets and operational functions A team player keen to get involved in every aspect of day to say school life To have a good understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding To be self-motivated To use own initiative
