Provide administrative support in the Admissions Office, assisting students, staff, and visitors. Ideal for students with strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities and Career Competencies:
• Greet, assist, and direct prospective/current students and parents in person and by phone – C, CT, CSD
• Assist with application data entry – P, CSD, CT, T, TW
• Support Admissions staff (UG, KYCOM, KYCO) with various tasks – TW, P, C, T, CTR
• Maintain, scan, and link prospective student documents using Image Now – T, C, P, CSD, CT, CTR
• Participate in GROWL registration preparation – T, TW, C, CTR, P
• Help maintain a clean and organized office environment – P, TW, CT
• Run errands including mail pickup, sorting, and delivery – C, P, L
• Prepare Bear Juice as needed – C, L
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education/Skill Requirements: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with office equipment (computer, copier, telephone). Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday; varies depending on workload. Closed Sunday. Flexible around student schedule.
Relationships: Daily contact with co-workers, supervisor, student workers, students, parents, faculty, staff, various campus departments, and the public to provide assistance and information.
Work Conditions: Normal office environment.
Physical Demands: Keyboarding.

Pay Rate: $8.75/hour
Location: HPE / Admissions Office / 6th floor
