TMPC is seeking a Senior Records Manager to join our growing team of diverse professionals.
As a Senior Records Manager, duties include but are not limited to
• Manage and oversee records management activities in accordance with DoD, DISA, NARA, and federal records management policies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain records management procedures, file plans, and records retention schedules.
• Ensure proper creation, maintenance, storage, retrieval, disposition, and preservation of electronic and physical records.
• Conduct records inventories, audits, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to government personnel on records management policies and best practices.
• Coordinate records disposition, transfer, and archival activities in accordance with approved schedules.
• Support inspections, audits, and litigation or FOIA requests by locating and managing required records.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and documentation related to records management program performance.
Responsibilities:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Five (5) or more years of records management experience supporting DoD or other federal agencies.
• Working knowledge of DoD records management policies, Federal Records Act, NARA regulations, and applicable DoD Instructions.
• Experience with electronic records management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
**This is a contingent hire tied to contract award. Selected candidates will be named in the proposal and asked to sign a Letter of Commitment.**
