Duties including, but not limited to:
• Developing and managing social media content.
• Lead all program storytelling on impact and outcomes.
• Develop marketing products such as one-pagers, videos, and other.
• Other tasks reasonably assigned by the Employer.
Term
• Start Date: August 16, 2026 – contingent upon satisfactory completion of your background check and I-9 form
• End Date: August 15, 2027
This Agreement will automatically end on the end date unless extended in writing by both Parties.
Work Schedule
The employee is expected to work 10 hours per week. The position is hybrid, in-person and remote work. The expectation is to assist in person with time spent in the DC office location and time working from home.
Compensation
• Salary: $13,000/year or $1,083.33 per month
• Pay Schedule: Bi-Monthly
• Overtime (if applicable): N/A
Compensation will be paid in accordance with applicable laws and company payroll procedures.
Your PTO (paid time off) and paid holiday accruals will be pro-rated to reflect your part-time employment status. No healthcare benefits will be offered with this position.
Supervision
Will report directly to the Project Management Office
• The supervisor will provide guidance, training, and performance feedback throughout the internship.

Confidentiality
The employee agrees not to disclose confidential, proprietary, or sensitive business information obtained during the internship unless authorized by the Employer or required by law. $25.00/hour
