About On Demand Counseling:
On Demand Counseling provides comprehensive mental health and addiction treatment, supporting clients in Northeast Ohio through a wide range of services, from individual counseling to group programs. We are dedicated to removing barriers to treatment and offering compassionate, effective care to individuals and families in need.
WEEKEND COUNSELOR This part-time position offers premium pay approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time employment if desired and based on organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Group Facilitation
•
• Lead therapeutic groups with 1–2 co-facilitators
• Serve adult clients with mental health and/or substance use disorders
• Follow weekly topic themes with flexibility for creative delivery
• Complete same-day documentation in our EHR (training provided)
Applicants must hold (or be eligible for) one of the following credentials:
• LCDC II, LCDC III
• LPC, LSW, LPCC, or LISW.
We are an approved site for the STAR Loan Repayment Program. Eligible employees may qualify to apply; eligibility and awards are determined by HRSA.
