Lead Production & Catering Operations Associate

Full-Time | Early Morning Schedule | Catering Production
Miles Table Catering is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, organized team member to help lead daily production from our South Philadelphia commissary kitchen.
This is more than a prep cook position. You'll help ensure our catering orders are produced accurately, on time, and to the quality our clients expect. You'll work alongside a team that values accountability, consistency, and pride in what we do.
What You'll Do
• Lead daily catering food production for drop-off and full-service events.
• Prepare menu items by following standardized recipes and production sheets.
• Help maintain inventory and communicate product needs before we run low.
• Ensure recipes, portions, and presentation remain consistent.
• Coach and support team members in following recipes and production standards.
• Organize and package catering orders accurately.
• Coordinate completion times with our delivery team so every order leaves on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Help create an efficient, positive, team-first work environment.

• Experience in catering, restaurant production, or high-volume kitchens is preferred.

Schedule
• Full-time
• 5–6 days per week
• Some Sundays required
• Typical start time: 5:00 AM
• Early mornings with afternoon finish times
