About this role

The primary duty of the Production Coordinator is to closely manage the production and employee aspects of work contracts in Utility Services, Alternative Services, and Enhanced Services. In this capacity, the Production Coordinator is responsible for training employees on work contracts, being the go-to person for all work contracts, and directing setup and takedown of work contracts. In addition, this position oversees and coordinates the Hourly Productivity Evaluation for all clients who work onsite within the Employment Services Division.

This position's schedule is 6:30 - 2:30, Monday - Friday.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Work with the Program Division to ensure that the contracts are being performed to customer expectations.

• Train all Direct Support Professionals in Utility Services and Enhanced Services on contracts before they are eligible to work independently.

• Be the go-to person for all questions and concerns relating to the contracts in Utility Services, Alternative Services, Enhanced Services, and Hourly Productivity Evaluations.

• Direct the setup and takedown of contracts in Utility Services daily.

• Maintain Commensurate Wage compliance by conducting client hourly productivity evaluations (HPEs), hourly job sampling, and production time studies.

• Operate pallet jack as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.

• Ability to use electronic devices, including databases and internet-based applications.

• Basic mathematical skills, attention to mathematical detail, and ability to enter dates into spreadsheets.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel.

• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.

• The state minimum requirements for personal vehicle insurance are preferred.

Essential Physical Functions:

The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential responsibilities of this position. The employee must be able to continually sit, stand, walk, and communicate throughout each day. Be able to stoop, bend, kneel, twist, run, reach, push, and pull, regularly move up to 30 pounds, and occasionally move up to 70 pounds.
