Location: Colomos 2300, Italia Providencia, Guadalajara, Jalisco, México.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the strategic planning and goal-setting for existing extended learning programs such as Robotics, Language Institute, WPA, and Co-curricular Sports.

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new programs both within and external to the ASFG community

• Help prepare feasibility studies for potential new program ideas, assessing their viability and alignment with department goals.

• Support the promotion of new programs through various channels, including direct and digital marketing efforts.

• Assist with marketing plans, budget sheets, and program curricula.

• Keep records of discussions and decisions from meetings to ensure accountability and follow-up

• Manage administrative paperwork, including processing work orders and purchase orders, and coordinate the scheduling of meetings and events to ensure operational efficiency and timely execution of tasks.

• Facilitate all aspects of communication, logistics, and operations within the department to ensure efficient program execution and participant satisfaction

• Manage and update the GISSA parent portal efficiently, ensuring that information about co-curricular programs is available, accurate, and accessible, in order to facilitate communication and encourage parent involvement in the school community.

• Provide comprehensive support in organizing and executing WPA events, including taking attendance, observing and coordinating scheduled conferences and workshops, as well as managing logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and according to the established order for each event.

• To efficiently manage quotes, payments, and follow-ups with presenters of workshops, conferences, and webinars organized by WPA, ensuring the proper execution of administrative processes and compliance with the agreements established for each event.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field

• 2 years of experience in administration positions

Required Professional Skills

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

• Experience in or familiarity with educational program planning and execution.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with various stakeholders.

• Proficiency in digital marketing and promotional strategies is highly desirable.

• Passion for education and extending learning opportunities to diverse communities.
