AI Full Stack Engineer(€75K – €130K • Offers Equity)
About the RoleYou will build and iterate on internal tools and products, integrating AI capabilities into our systems. The focus is on strong engineering with a clear AI angle: working across the stack, connecting to AI APIs, and collaborating with business stakeholders to improve their workflows.
What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain full stack applications (front end, back end, databases)
Build and maintain back-end services in Node.js or Python
Integrate and orchestrate AI APIs into existing and new systems
Use prompting and current AI tools to design useful AI-powered features
Work across multiple systems and data sources, making sense of fragmented data
Collaborate with business teams (e.g. marketing, UA, operations) to:
Understand their work and tools
Identify where AI can improve their workflows
Translate needs into technical solutions and iterate on them
Must-HavesProduction experience with Node.js or Python
Experience integrating and working with AI APIs
Strong coding skills and solid engineering fundamentals
Full stack capabilities: front end, back end, databases
Good prompting skills and ability to use current AI tools effectively
Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
Curiosity, initiative, and strong learning mindset (especially around AI)
Nice-to-HavesExperience with TypeScript
Experience with n8n or similar automation/orchestration tools
Familiarity with agentic/system-thinking approaches for AI solutions
Experience partnering closely with marketing, UA, or other business/ops teams
