Partner Manager – Seekda
We are hiring an experienced Partner Manager to join our growing team at Seekda in Vienna as we embark on our next exciting stage of growth!
This is a builder’s role. You will design, launch and scale our partner ecosystem across multiple European markets. Your remit spans identifying new partners, driving commercial agreements, enabling successful selling, and ensuring partners consistently generate revenue. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and products to create a partner engine that becomes a predictable growth channel for Seekda.
This is a hands-on growth role. You’ll build and run Seekda’s marketing activities with minimal outsourcing. You’ll be responsible for generating MQLs, accelerating the sales pipeline and supporting market entry in several European regions. The right candidate thrives in a lean environment, can juggle strategy and execution, and has the operational discipline to measure everything.

What your day will look like:
Partner acquisition and onboarding
Identify, prioritise and recruit strategic partners including PMS vendors, digital agencies, resellers, system integrators and marketplace platformsBuild the partner pipeline from scratch, country by country, with a focus on Germany, Italy, UK, Nordics and emerging marketsEvaluate partner fit using commercial, technical and market criteriaNegotiate partnership agreements, incentives and revenue modelsLead onboarding, including product enablement, process alignment and GTM activationPartner enablement and support
Create and deliver training programmes covering Seekda’s platform, demo flows, value propositions and sales playbooksEquip partners with localised collateral, pricing guidance and competitive positioningProvide ongoing commercial support, ensuring partners remain active, productive and alignedManage second-line support processes for partner-referred opportunitiesPartner growth and performance management
Build dashboards and scorecards for tracking partner activity, pipeline, and revenue contributionSet quarterly revenue targets and activity expectations for partnersRun regular partner reviews to optimise performance, remove blockers and uncover new opportunitiesManage tiering, incentives, co-marketing budgets and joint business plansCross-functional collaboration
Work with marketing on partner recruitment campaigns, events and co-branded activitiesSupport sales by driving partner-generated leads, co-selling and triaging partner opportunitiesProvide structured market feedback to product and leadership regarding trends, integrations and ecosystem opportunities About You:
Must-have
4+ years of experience in partnerships, channel management, business development or ecosystem roles in SaaSProven ability to establish a partner network from the ground up, ideally in multiple countriesStrong understanding of the European hotel tech ecosystem (PMS, RMS, channel managers, digital agencies)Solid commercial instincts: negotiations, contracts, joint value propositionsStrong communication and presentation skills in EnglishComfortable travelling across Europe for partner meetings, events and onboardingCRM discipline (HubSpot preferred) and ability to manage a structured pipeline of partner opportunitiesAn entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and resultsAbility to roll up sleeves and make things happen on a limited budget Great attention to detail and planning skills Strong work ethic, organized, and focused At least an advanced professional level of English, written and verbal, is essential Legally authorized to work in Austria Nice-to-have
German and/or Italian language skillset to a professional level Experience in hospitality tech, travel tech or vertical SaaS ecosystemsFamiliarity with reseller incentives, distribution agreements, and co-marketing programmesSuccess Metrics (First 12 Months)
Active partners: minimum 10 to 15 productive partners across 3 priority marketsPartner-sourced pipeline: high-quality opportunities contributing at least 15 to 20 percent of new ARRActivation speed: new partners trained and active within 45 to 60 daysRetention: 90 percent of partners meeting quarterly activity expectationsEcosystem expansion: clear pathway for 2 additional marketsWhat We Offer
