Aspire Software is looking for an IT Specialist to join our team in Lebanon.

Primary Workload: Provides frontline support for day-to-day IT operations, ensuring end-user satisfaction across Lighthouse Portfolio companies. (Special Request speaks good English).
Requirements
End-User Support:
First-line troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and Office 365 issues. Handle password resets, printer issues, login failures, and application support.
Onboarding/Offboarding:
Set up new users in Office 365, email, Teams, and business applications. Provision and configure laptops/desktops based on standard imaging. Ensure proper access rights, MFA enrollment, and software installations. Migrate users to MS Office365.
Hardware & Software Management:
Maintain inventory of IT assets and consumables. Support ordering, tagging, and deployment of devices and peripherals.
Documentation:
Log all requests and resolutions in a centralized ticketing system. Update FAQs and internal knowledge base as needed. Be the source of truth for any and all compliances in each group.
