About the Role
Seeking a software engineer with experience in developing production software, preferably using PHP as the server-side language. The role will consist entirely of developing our Ad Orbit platform, an all-in-one SAAS solution for publishers and media companies. This includes fixing defects in existing functionality and adding new capabilities to the product. This position includes full-stack development, where you will work with both backend and frontend components ad the objectives require.
What You Will Do Design, develop, and enhance product features across our platforms Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to define and refine technical requirements Create and maintain scalable database models and architecture Develop both frontend and backend components of our web applications Work with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Integrate with third-party platforms and APIs Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Use AI development tools to improve accuracy and efficiency Requirements
2+ years of professional experience working with PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and Git Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles Hands-on experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL Experience using AI tools in the development process Comfortable working in a team-focused, agile development environment Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field Experience developing production code in a professional setting: 2 years Working with PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and Git: 2 years
Nice To Have
Familiarity with SCSS and jQuery Experience working with React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks
Bonus Points For
Experience integrating with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks Online, or Google Ad Manager
