Growth Marketing Specialist – Seekda

We are hiring an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at Seekda in Vienna as we embark on our next exciting growth journey!

This is a hands-on growth role. You’ll build and run Seekda’s marketing activities with minimal outsourcing. You’ll be responsible for generating MQLs, accelerating the sales pipeline and supporting market entry in several European regions. The right candidate thrives in a lean environment, can juggle strategy and execution, and has the operational discipline to measure everything.

Here is a little window into our company: Seekda is a hospitality SaaS platform used by independent hotels across Europe. We provide a booking engine, channel manager, AI guest engagement tools, a PMS for small and mid-sized hotels, and integrated payments. We hold a strong position in Austria and are expanding into Germany, the UK, Italy, the Nordics and the Middle East. To support this growth, we are building a high-performance marketing engine focused on driving measurable pipeline creation. What your day will look like:

Demand generation and funnel growth

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including email, paid search, social, retargeting and partner campaignsBuild and optimise landing pages and lead capture flowsDevelop lead nurturing sequences for both inbound and outbound audiencesRun experiments to improve conversion rates across the funnelContent creation and execution

Produce high-quality content without heavy agency support, including case studies, product one-pagers, email sequences, blog posts and social contentLocalise content for key markets with support from internal teamsMaintain an editorial calendar aligned with product releases and GTM prioritiesMarketing operations and analytics

Manage HubSpot marketing automation, including workflows, scoring, segmentation and reportingSet up dashboards for MQL volume, conversion rates, CAC and attributionTrack performance of all campaigns and take corrective action quicklyWebsite and digital experience

Maintain and update the Seekda website using CMS toolsImprove SEO performance through on-page optimisation and targeted contentWork with the product and design teams to improve UX and messaging consistencyField marketing and market entry support

Coordinate local events, webinars and partner co-marketing campaignsProduce collateral for specific regions like Germany, Italy, the UK and the NordicsWork closely with Sales to ensure campaigns align with ICP and pipeline prioritiesAbout You:

Must-have

3+ years in growth, digital or performance marketing in B2B SaaSA bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or a similar related discipline is highly advantageous Proven track record of lead generation and revenue growth through marketingProven experience generating a pipeline in lean environments with minimal external supportProven experience and knowledge of rapid client acquisition in a go-to-market / new product environment Hands-on execution skills across content creation, digital advertising, email marketing and marketing automationStrong marketing platform (HubSpot preferred) experience (workflows, scoring, analytics, automation)Ability to manage campaigns across multiple European marketsStrong copywriting and content development capabilityAnalytical mindset with comfort working with dashboards, metrics and attributionAn entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and resultsAbility to roll up sleeves and make things happen on a limited budget Great attention to detail and planning skills Strong work ethic, organized, and focused At least an advanced professional level of English, written and verbal, is essential Legally authorized to work in Austria Nice-to-have

Experience in hospitality tech, travel tech or vertical SaaSA professional leve of German, both written and verbal Basic design skills using tools like Canva, Figma or AdobeExperience supporting outbound SDR programsSuccess Metrics (First 12 Months)
