OVERVIEW: The successful candidate will undertake a mix of commercial property work; they will need to have excellent organisational and prioritising skills to manage this workflow.While conducting work you will be dealing with general commercial property law, involving:Sale and purchase of commercial propertySale of business assetsSecured lending, mortgages, and remortgagesLandlord and tenant transactionsPension scheme transactionsLand registry applicationsDealing with section 25 noticesActing on behalf of management companies THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 2+ years’ experience in commercial property.You should have a genuine passion for providing high-quality and holistic legal advice across a broad spectrum of commercial property law.You should also be eager to get involved in developing strong relationships with clients.Most importantly you should have a proactive and client-focus approach to your work, always striving for excellence in service delivery.
