We're looking for a commercially minded and relationship-focused Client Account Manager to join our growing Account Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with NHS stakeholders, identifying opportunities to increase managed spend, deliver tangible savings, and strengthen long-term partnerships across a portfolio of NHS Trusts.

What You'll Be Doing Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key NHS Trust stakeholdersIdentifying growth opportunities and delivering savings across client accountsAnalysing purchasing patterns, spend data, and business risks to uncover opportunities for improvementBuilding and managing a pipeline of commercial activity to achieve agreed targets and KPIsWorking closely with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Data teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomesActing as a trusted advisor to NHS customers, providing insight, support, and value-driven solutions About You We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with excellent stakeholder management skills.
You'll likely have:
