Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our busy Warehouse team, located at our Headquarters on Slough Trading Estate.
We are looking for a professional, personable and enthusiastic person who will help us to deliver the highest levels of operational effectiveness to our stockist, professional painter, interior designer and homeowner customers. The ideal candidate will have a track record of operational effectiveness and excellent performance in a warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Assistant and Paint Mixing Machine Operative, you will support the Warehouse team by preparing, packing, and dispatching orders received through our e-commerce platform, as well as fulfilling bulk orders for our network of over 200 Authorized Stockists.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, pack, and dispatch e-commerce orders and stockist deliveriesOperate paint mixing machines to create custom colour ordersSafely off-load, receive, check, and unpack inbound deliveriesManage stock movements and monitor inventory levelsMaintain a clean, organised, and well-presented warehouse environmentFollow all health & safety procedures and warehouse protocolsWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines Qualifications:
A positive, flexible, and professional attitude, with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the company.Experience in a warehouse/logistics environmentExperience in Trade or Paint-related sales advantageousExcellent communication skillsAn ability to work accurately in a methodical and tidy mannerAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlinesAbility to work well as part of a teamStrong written and verbal EnglishFork lift experience advantageous but not essentialMust be able to meet the physical demands of the role, including manual handling of packages of up to 30kgSchedule:: Monday to FridayGCSE or equivalent (preferred)
