We are looking for a friendly, professional Bank Receptionist with a passion for making a difference to others.
You’ll be working flexible Bank hours at Cygnet Hospital Clifton, helping provide a safe, welcoming environment for colleagues, visitors and the people in our care.
Cygnet Hospital Clifton is a 25 bed specialist low secure service for men with a personality disorder, who may also present with complex mental health needs.
The hospital is set out across two wards;Ancaria Wardis the admissions/ initial treatment ward, which offers a defined pathway through toAcorn Ward, which has a focus on rehabilitation, in preparation for moving on into the community or supported living.

Your day-to-day...
Provide a professional, welcoming reception experienceGreet visitors &am p; notify the appropriate member of staff of their arrivalEnsure visitors sign in & out, and that patients leaving & returning are recorded appropriatelyAnswer & transfer all incoming calls & take messages where appropriateSort & distribute postAssist with general office duties as requiredKeep the reception area clean & tidyPromote the safety & security of all site users & ensure all staff comply with security protocols Why Cygnet? An experienced receptionist/administrator used to working with customers/clientsOrganised, naturally helpful & a good multi-taskerComputer literate – including Windows/Word/Excel/Outlook or equivalentKnowledgeable of telephone systemsPolite, friendly & approachable with excellent communication skillsGCSE Maths & English qualified, with a good level of numeracy & literacyDiligent & accurate, with an eye for detail & an understanding of confidentiality Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
