About this role
This position is responsible for the scheduling of field trips and sometimes routing the buses. Responsible for preparing driver packets including special instructions, mapping, routing, and directing drivers. The position is also responsible for radio dispatching during field trips at all times. This position also has administrative responsibilities, which may include bookkeeping, computer input, maintaining files, documenting trips, and preparing correspondence and reports.
