Candidate must have passed a certified teacher assistant training course along with the ParaPro exam or have a RIDE teaching certificate. Cover Letter Resume Copy of Teacher Assistant training course certificate & ParaPro exam results or RIDE teaching certificate 3 letters of reference (must be uploaded to Schoolspring) Copy of High School/Trade School diploma

• If applicable, copy of Rhode Island Teacher Assistant Certificate

• If applicable, a copy of Praxis test scores

• W-4

• Federal BCI (Done through your local police department or State Attorney General's Office)

• I-9 (Must be filled out in person) Please bring proof of citizenship with:

• a passport or permanent resident card or BOTH OR

• a driver's license and social security card OR

• a driver's license and birth certificate
