What You'll Do
• Provide first aid and routine health care to students.
• Administer medications and treatments according to district policies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student health records.
• Monitor student illnesses and communicate with parents/guardians as needed.
• Support students with chronic health conditions and individualized health plans.
• Collaborate with school nurses, administrators, teachers, and families.
• Assist with health screenings, immunization compliance, and state reporting.
• Respond calmly and effectively during medical emergencies.
What We're Looking For
• Experience working in a medical office, clinic, school health office, or healthcare setting required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• A compassionate, student-centered approach with the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with staff and families.
