Job Summary Coordinates and supports the operational functions of the Teacher Development & Support Department by managing teacher induction programs, professional learning logistics, compliance requirements, data reporting, and departmental systems. Collaborates with district departments, school administrators, and external partners to implement educator development initiatives, maintain program integrity, and promote continuous improvement that enhances teacher effectiveness and retention. Essential Functions 1. Research teacher records on the Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) website, including retrieving Statements of Eligibility and teacher certification information, to support district compliance and eligibility verification. 2. Coordinates districtwide compliance documentation and reporting processes, including processing and submitting CT-118 forms to FLDOE, to support certification accuracy and accountability. 3. Develops and maintains PowerSchool, Canvas, certification, registration, and other operational systems supporting teacher induction and professional learning. 4. Monitors, analyzes, and reports about program, certification, and compliance data to support accountability and informed decision-making. 5. Provides technical assistance and operational support to TDS staff, school administrators, Professional Development Facilitators, and district personnel, and assists with the continuous improvement of departmental procedures and workflows. 6. Coordinates the planning, scheduling, registration, communications, and reporting for Teacher Development & Support professional learning initiatives. 7. Collaborates with district departments, schools, higher education partners, and external stakeholders to support educator development and onboarding initiatives. 8. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred, or equivalent work experience. Experience: Three (3) years of responsible experience with school level instructional hardware, software, and support. Certifications & Licenses: Florida Department of Education Certification preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
• Thorough knowledge of laws, regulations and policies related to certification programs

• Ability to interpret Florida Statutes and State Board of Education Rules pertinent to certification
