Seeking a Custodial Operations Supervisor who oversees daytime custodial and grounds operations at The Academies at Jonesboro High School, managing staff and serving as the district liaison for contracted services. Key responsiblities include: supervising and evaluating day shift custodial staff performance, coordinating campus cleaning, maintenance, and outdoor grounds upkeep, monitoring contractor performance and address service deficiencies, overseeing event setups, equipment inventory, and safety compliance and other duties as assigned by the Facilities Director. Qualifications include, High school diploma/GED, previous custodial or supervisory experience and knowledge of safety porcedures preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50lbs, perform physical labor indoors/outdoors, and stand for extended periods. Work Scheduled is full-time, 12 month split-shift position.
