Salary: $53,683.89-$99,647.38 (DOE), prorated based upon FTE. TOSA Stipend of $2,147.36 Insurance: Generous Health, dental, and vision contribution from the district, currently up to $2277 (based upon family coverage), prorated based upon FTE. Schedule:190 Days + 3 days new teacher in-service. Start date August 24, 2026. Current Contract: KFEA Contract POSITION Dean of Students JOB DUTIES:
• Coordinate student discipline to include discipline referrals.
• Monitor student behavior and develop interventions to support positive student behaviors.
• Campus supervision/security (hallways, cafeteria, student activities, and buses).
• Facilitate the schools' PBiS system.
• Actively participate in and facilitate the attendance and behavior portions of EBIS, working closely with teachers to increase support more positive behaviors.
• Support and enhance family involvement at Roosevelt Elementary School.
• Run our Student Council
• Other duties as assigned related to the position.
REQUIREMENTS: Hold or qualify for an Oregon teaching license through the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission and be considered highly qualified by the Oregon Department of Education.
