About this role
Oversee the execution of manual test cases and scenarios to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Review and refine test cases and testing processes to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements. Manage the identification and documentation of defects and ensure timely resolution through collaboration with development teams.
Establish clear objectives, scope, and deliverables for various testing phases based on project requirements. Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality goals are met. Provide clear and regular updates on testing progress, results, and issues to stakeholders and management. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the team�s skills and knowledge in testing practices and tools.
Bachelor�s or master�s degree in computer science engineering, or a related field. 5 - 9 years of related experience in the domain.
