Job Description:
The POS Integration Setup & Support team is dedicated to delivering exceptional support to NI acquirer businesses. We provide high-level assistance to client banks and merchants across various stages, including POS Integration setup, certifications support, and live support in a live environment. In addition, POS Integration Setup & Support team are responsible for merchant acquiring systems, devices, and services compliance with payment schemes and regulators requirements. Responsibilities: Ensure regular engagement with broad stakeholder groups to ensure business requirements and expectations are effectively managed and clearly communicated.
