• Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service • Coordination of Marketing Print (POP) and Digital campaigns, including printed Billboard and Digital Billboard creation, scheduling, and deployment • The author and coordinator of the division's marketing production schedule; schedule all Marketing meetings, conduct weekly meetings with Marketing, and update/manage traffic for the department • Review all marketing material, quality control, team effectiveness, scheduling, routing, and delivery of final assets • Create memos and promo strategies, including maintaining master exclusions document for Fred Meyer Jewelers • Serve as the marketing contact for creative approvals with external partners • Review, edit, and route landing page copy to ensure it is on-brand and in legal compliance • Coordinator of FMJ Media, terrestrial radio, and streaming audio that is implemented by a third party • Coordinator of internal marketing fulfillment experience that supports stores marketing material requests • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Minimum
• Associate’s degree (AA) plus 2 years’ experience in marketing; or combination of relevant education and marketing experience • Minimum 18 years of age • Ability to pass drug test • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite • Effective verbal/written communication skills • Accuracy/attention to detail • Maintain confidentiality • 60 WPM typing • Ability to multi-task and respond flexibly to often changing business priorities • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work with strict time frames and resolute deadlines • Experience participating on project teams and/or committees • Ability to work overtime on an occasional basis • Understanding of marketing principles and concepts
Desired
• Previous retail marketing experience helpful • Jewelry industry experience and/or knowledge helpful • Knowledge of Fred Meyer policies, procedures, and organizational structure
