Full Time, Rotate
To effectively coordinate the daily operations at the PBX switchboard as it relates to scheduling and workload distribution as well as the resolution of minor complaints. To process all calls and requests as quickly, efficiently, professionally and courteously as possible.
REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
