About this role

Performing and executing various balance correction transactions on the Oracle application with

supporting documents for each company project (Miscellaneous Transaction).

▪ Daily monitoring of strategic materials by submitting a report on those materials such as reinforcing

steel, cement, and ceramics to the supply chain management and materials control department,

after they have been sent from the project's warehouses and reconciling them with the balances of

each project according to the actual quantities on the ground, not the Oracle application.

▪ Monitoring scrap sales operations and recording them in Oracle through miscellaneous transactions,

ensuring the accuracy and validity of the quantities, and proving project expenses during its work

period. Balancing and reconciling these quantities with the financial management.

▪ Monitoring GL (General Ledger) projects by reviewing the manual documents received by the

management, then issuing and receiving them in Oracle to reconcile the actual balances with the

Oracle balances.

▪ Reviewing purchased addition permits from suppliers, which have been executed in the warehouse,

by ensuring that the receiving permits are sealed by the warehouse keeper and matching the

received quantities with those recorded in Oracle. Reviewing inspection reports to ensure the

correct payment of supplier dues and prevent delays.

▪ Monitoring the acknowledgments received from employees in Oracle and reconciling them with the

actual transactions and supporting documents. Ensuring periodic updates in the Oracle application

and ensuring the clearance of those acknowledgments after their purpose is fulfilled, whether

through resignations, end of services, transfers, or replacements.

▪ Daily monitoring of the issuance of various types of fuel on the Oracle application and ensuring that

the fuel is directed to the consumed equipment by their serial numbers. Recording the operating

hours to determine the consumption rate for each equipment and the overall project. Ensuring

efficient operation of the hour meter and its proper functioning to adjust fuel consumption reports.

▪ Monitoring daily expenditure transactions and ensuring their proper closure and appropriate

direction, as they reflect on the actual available balance for future requests and avoid the

appearance of fake (reserved) balances through transfer requests. Closing them after coordination

with the project in case they are not withdrawn from the warehouses.

▪ Monitoring pending transactions on Oracle and working on closing them.

▪ Verifying the accuracy of inventory balances in the correct subsidiary warehouses and providing

proper guidance for them.

▪ Monitoring open internal purchase requests from main warehouses and projects and closing them if

not withdrawn due to futile material reservations, which negatively affect the balances and

providing them to other projects in need. Communicating between all project warehouses to provide

available materials for transfers, to avoid purchasing and exerting pressure on the company's

financial resources.

▪ To refrain from any violations of HSE procedures and policies set forth by the Redcon.
