About this role
• Conduct thorough review and analysis of project documents including contracts, drawings, specifications, and BOQs, ensuring comprehensive understanding of project details. • Coordinate the preparation and submission of RFIs and RFPs to project consultants to resolve conflicts and obtain missing information. • Supervise the preparation, review, and issuance of accurate shop drawings using Revit, ASD, and AutoCAD. • Lead technical discussions to propose design solutions and resolve conflicts between structural, architectural, and MEP systems. • Facilitate coordination with civil, electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure trades to resolve conflicts and ensure project alignment. • Manage communication with subcontractors regarding engineering issues and outsourced shop drawings, overseeing their approval process. • Maintain diligent oversight of material submittal statuses and prepare preliminary quantity surveys for steel, concrete, blockwork, and finishes as needed. • Ensure the site team is provided with all necessary documentation and materials for efficient project execution.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering Architecture
Experience:
• 8-12 years of experience
