• Lead and mentor a team in Wi-Fi and Mesh product testing. • Design and execute comprehensive test cases for functional and performance assessments. • Perform validation of advanced wireless features and critical mesh behaviors. • Conduct traffic generation and stress testing using specialized tools. • Develop and maintain Python-based test automation frameworks. • Analyze network data to isolate root causes of issues across various system layers. • Collaborate with development teams on issue reproduction and resolution. • Create detailed defect reports and track test results for stakeholders.
Must-Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field • 12+ years of hands-on experience in Wi-Fi and Mesh testing for residential gateway products • Experience in IEEE 802.11 standards: a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be • Proficiency with traffic generation and performance testing tools: Spirent, IXIA VeriWave, iPerf • Excellent communication and documentation skills for conveying technical findings • Exposure to GPON technologies and cloud-based Wi-Fi Mesh testing • Prior experience mentoring or leading a testing sub-team Nice-To-Have:
• Working knowledge of RF antenna/Cables/Shield box specifications and their impact on performance
