About this role

As an Assistant Manager in Mashreq Gold, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence. Your primary objective will be to onboard and manage clients, ensuring a seamless and profitable banking experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the bank's growth and success.

• Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand the bank's market share. • Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention. • Deliver on revenue and liability targets by actively cross-selling and upselling bank products and services. • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns. • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and potential leads. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including relationship managers and product specialists. • Provide regular performance reports and insights to the management team, highlighting areas for improvement. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures. • Support the team in achieving overall business objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking industry. • Excellent knowledge of market products and services, with a strong understanding of client needs. • Proven track record in business development and client acquisition, with a focus on revenue generation. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant banking software. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
