As a Machine Operator here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in the production line (packing, labelling and implementing quality assurance).

We have an opportunity for a Machine Operator to join our team at Honeywell, in Southend-on-Sea, where you will play a key role in the production line (packing, labelling and implementing quality assurance).

This is a permanent role, based fully onsite in Southend, and will follow the below rotational shift pattern:

• Week 1: Monday – Thursday 6am – 4pm • Week 2: Monday – Thursday 4pm – 12:30am, Friday 2pm – 7pm

Key Responsibilities

• To manually & automatically assemble products • Completion of First offs quality samples and complete quality documentation • Ensure efficient running of Assembly equipment • Feed components and replenish materials for assembly / packing processes • Actively support waste reduction initiatives • Ideally be able to read & understand Quality documentation • Adhere to Health & Safety standards

• Able to operate within a high-volume production/ manufacturing environment • To be fully committed to achieving the team’s objectives and targets • To be self-motivated and able to work using their own initiative, and as part of a team • Used to working with high standard of quality control • Good communicator at all levels Our Offer
