Job Responsibilities
• Reduce maintenance (MNT) costs through effective maintenance practices.
• Carry out modifications and improvements to increase plant capacity and efficiency.
• Maintain adequate spare parts inventory to support uninterrupted operations. Provide on-the-job training (OJT) for engineering crew to enhance technical skills.
• Attend to plant breakdowns promptly and ensure quick restoration of operations
• Monitor equipment performance and implement preventive maintenance activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and productivity.
Person’s Profile
• Bachelors or NDT in the field of Mechanical Engineering or similar qualification from a recognized University
• Knowledge on preventive and corrective maintenance and condition based monitoring activities
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity
• Ability on weekly/ daily maintenance planning and identify specifications of engineering spares
