• Design Learning Content: Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify needs and help build engaging, effective instructional materials. • Support Learning Operations: Assist in organizing resources, managing content updates, and ensuring accessibility across platforms. • Leverage Technology: Explore and support e-learning tools and platforms that improve the learning experience. • Work Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams to align instructional materials with organizational goals and service initiatives. • Evaluate and Improve: Help collect feedback, analyze data, and contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs.

• Must be a current temple-worthy member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within last year) from a relevant undergraduate or graduate program • Strong interest in instructional design, learning & development, or organizational development • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn • Familiarity with instructional design principles or e-learning platforms is a plus Internship Details:

• 28 hours/week for approximately 12 months • Hybrid schedule: Mon–Wed in office, Thurs–Fri remote • Standard office hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM • Pay Rate: $23/hour
