As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with various teams and departments to understand their needs and provide effective HR solutions. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. • Handle employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. • Administer employee benefits, including leave management, attendance tracking, and payroll processing. • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation. • Support talent acquisition efforts by identifying and attracting top talent. • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate solutions. • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Stay updated with HR best practices and industry trends, and implement innovative HR strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR Executive role, preferably in the BFSI industry. • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships. • Proficiency in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications. • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Experience in conducting training sessions and facilitating workshops. • A proactive and results-driven approach to work.
