About this role
The Credit Processing Analyst will play a vital role in our CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department. They will be responsible for analyzing and processing credit applications, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze and process credit applications, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround. • Review and verify customer documentation, such as financial statements and credit reports. • Evaluate credit risk and make informed decisions based on analysis. • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. • Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve credit-related inquiries and issues. • Collaborate with underwriters and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth credit processing flow. • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, implementing best practices. • Provide support and training to junior team members, fostering a positive work environment. • Generate and analyze credit processing reports, identifying areas for improvement. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in MS Office and credit processing software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Knowledge of financial services industry and credit risk management. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and local financial regulations. • Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to work. • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a desire to continuously improve processes.
