As an Engineer - Networks, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our systems. You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
• Design and implement network solutions, including routing, switching, and firewall configurations. • Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls and FortiAnalyzer for network security and monitoring. • Ensure network availability, performance, and security through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting. • Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain network-based security measures. • Document network architecture, configurations, and best practices for future reference. • Stay updated with the latest network technologies and industry trends, and propose innovative solutions. • Provide technical support and guidance to junior network engineers and other IT staff. • Conduct network capacity planning and ensure efficient resource allocation. • Participate in on-call rotations for network-related issues and provide timely resolution. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on routing and switching. • Expertise in FortiGate firewalls and FortiAnalyzer is a must, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience. • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of network security principles and best practices. • Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Fortianalyzer, 2FA, and FortiAuthenticator. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines. • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Any relevant certifications, such as CCNP, CCNA, or similar, will be an advantage.
