We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support the 4CE Controlling Team (Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia) dedicated to the Consumer Business area.
• Managing financial processes related to rebates and promotions. • Participating in month-end closing (MEC) activities and financial reconciliations. • Monitoring and controlling provisions and accruals. • Preparing financial analyses and management reports. • Supporting the Sales team with financial analysis, interpretation of business results, and ongoing financial communication.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role. • Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken. • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • Ability to communicate accounting-related topics; basic accounting knowledge is required. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • High level of precision, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to effectively manage priorities and deadlines. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proactive attitude, commitment, and collaborative approach to work.
