• Execute pre-commissioning, commissioning, trial run, and performance testing activities of CHP equipment and systems. • Review commissioning procedures, test protocols, and operational readiness plans. • Coordinate system-wise commissioning of conveyors, crushers, stacker reclaimers, feeders, screens, dust suppression systems, and associated auxiliaries. • Monitor equipment performance and ensure compliance with design parameters during startup and trial operations. • Identify and resolve commissioning issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Project Coordination
• Coordinate with project, engineering, operation, maintenance, and vendor teams for smooth commissioning execution. • Ensure availability of required resources, tools, consumables, and documentation during commissioning. • Participate in punch point closure and system handover activities. • Liaise with OEMs, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely completion of commissioning milestones.
Safety & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to all EHS standards, permit-to-work procedures, and statutory requirements during commissioning. • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures before energization and startup activities. • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure safe work practices at site.
Technical Monitoring & Reporting
• Monitor commissioning progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. • Maintain commissioning records, test reports, as-built documentation, and performance data. • Support preparation of commissioning schedules and progress tracking against project timelines.
Performance Optimization
• Analyze operational parameters and recommend improvements for efficient plant performance. • Support reliability enhancement and process optimization initiatives during stabilization phase. • Assist operations team during system handover and initial operation period.
